Although I never met Cameron face to face he was so helpful to me with my research. I will miss him.

Although we had never met we talked by phone many times and Cameron was most helpful when my grandson had been traveling in Inishowen at the family heritage center. I'm so sorry that we had never met.
He will be missed.

To Cameron's Family,
I am very sorry to hear of your loss. I met both Cameron and Pat at the Heritage Center in Buncrana. I had been travelling for a while and was so happy to have met them both. Cameron was a kind and passionate person.
He will be deeply missed,

Saddened by the news, spent a bit of time with Cameron on Clann endeavours in years past but lost touch over last few years. My sympathies and love to his family.

To the Family of Cameron:
Please accept our condolences as we learned today that Cameron joined his heavenly family. He was a friend, and valued researcher to Mom's Dougherty ancestors in Iskaheen. He was a generous person, caring and always willing to help fellow Dougherty researchers conect with their Irish heritage.
May God comfort the family through this time of sorrow and grief. You are in our prayers - may God bless you ..
Though I had known him in just the past

To Cameron's family
I am very sorry to hear of your loss and wish you well during this difficult and sad period.
Although I have not met Cameron in person we exchanged many emails through the Ó Dochartaigh forum. Cameron was always very friendly, helpful and supportive and had a vast knowledge of the Dougherty history along with a great enthusiasm and energy. I lost contact with Cameron when his dad was ill and moved back to USA

I met Cameron twice at the reunions in 2005 and 2008. He was a great guy. I am so sorry to hear this news. I know how hard he worked for the Clann Doherty. With the help of the clan in 2005 I was lucky enough to find and spend some time with my relatives in Ireland thanks to Cameron and the Clann members. He will be very much missed. I am so sorry for your loss.
