Jordan Lee Kooienga, age 22 went to be with his Lord, Tuesday, August 6, 2013. He will be lovingly remembered by his parents Mike and Crystal Kooienga; siblings Dan (Amanda) Kooienga, Cassie (Jason) Van Oostenbrugge, James (Amanda) Kooienga; nieces and nephews Alex, Cory, Seth, Levi, Gwen, Samantha; many other family members and friends.

Visitation with the family will be held 2-4PM and 7-9PM on Thursday, August 8, 2013 at Cook Memorial Chapel (East Building) 4235 Prairie St SW, Grandville. A private graveside service will be held with Rev. Heath Bleyenberg officiating. Funeral service will be held at 11AM on Friday, August 9, 2013 at Faith Protestant Reformed Church – 7194 20th Ave, Jenison with Professor Russell Dykstra officiating. In honor of Jordan and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Covenant Christian High School. The family welcomes memories and messages in their guest book online at
